These are the Do-It-Yourself version of the Xceltek XT Series Waterfowl Blinds.  Purchase these Pre-Configured or Fully Configurable Kits and Supply your own Boards and Panels.  Xceltek provides all the component parts, Fasteners and a complete set of instructions.  Allows the blind to ship economically and you pick up the more cumbersome items (Boards, Wire Panel) locally.  Assemble at home or in the field.  Great for those locations where Blinds have to be carried in pieces.  Assemble in Mud, Water, Grass, Brush or any other environment.
